The Niche Division has to date completed four residential serviced residences and condominiums in Kuala Lumpur –Suasana Sentral Loft, Suasana Bangsar, Seri Bukit Ceylon, and Suasana Bukit Ceylon, all nestled within the prime locations of Kuala Lumpur. Moving forward, the Division is now actively developing Suasana, Iskandar Malaysia, an integrated development located in the heart of downtown Johor Bahru City Centre, which comprises service residences, hotel and retail components. UMLand operates numerous Sales Galleries in its townships of Bandar Seri Alam, Taman Seri Austin and Bandar Seri Putra.
